We ate here two nights in a row. The food was very good for the price, and our servers were attentive. They also serve 30oz drafts, which were perfectly cold. Great bang for your buck here. We will be back when we visit again!

We went to Chuck’s Roadhouse with my family, and we had a wonderful time trying all their different appetizers. They were all really delicious! I’d love to go back and try even more items from the menu. We didn’t have to wait at all when we arrived, and we were seated right away. My kid ordered a steak, and it would have been perfect if we remembered to ask for it medium rare. Unfortunately, we forgot, so it came out well done and was a little too tough to chew. But overall, we had a great time, enjoyed the atmosphere, and had an amazing experience. Can’t wait to go back!

The staff are so pleasant and attentive. Meals were delivered quickly and cooked perfectly to match your request. The most reasonable prices for filet and lobster tail that I’ve seen in a long time.

Wonderful place to dine and chill. Food and drinks are great. Prices are very reasonable if not cheap. Service is fantastic, especially from Karen. She is simply superb. Must patronise if in Niagara Falls, ON. P.S. Dine for 2 consecutive days. Likely to dine again tomorrow.

Best waitress/server for a Chucks Roadhouse. Was running solo for a packed resturaunt being in a tourist destination. Say hi to Christie!!!!!!!! She is always greeting with a smile! Only complaint, takes forever to clear table. Was a short gentleman clearing. Very slow...

This was our first time visiting Canada and the Niagara Falls area, and after a long 9-hour drive in the rain, we were exhausted and starving. Luckily, we stumbled upon this little gem just steps from our hotel (Courtyard by Marriott), and it couldn’t have been more perfect! I ordered the 7oz sirloin, which came with corn and fries — cooked just right and so satisfying. My husband went for the chicken and ribs combo, served with fries and a baked potato — hearty, flavorful, and absolutely hit the spot. Now let’s talk dessert... whatever you do, do NOT skip it! Even if you're full — trust me, make room. I had The Buckaroo: a warm, creamy French vanilla filling wrapped in a flaky pastry, dusted with cinnamon and icing sugar, and topped with two scoops of ice cream and a drizzle of caramel. Pure heaven. My husband ordered the Butter Toffee Bread Pudding: a moist brown sugar cake soaked in rich butter toffee sauce, finished with ice cream, caramel, and candied pecans. It was out of this world! Our server was friendly and attentive, the food was fantastic, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. Overall, an excellent dining experience from start to finish. We’ll absolutely be back next time we’re in town!

We arrived at Niagara Falls after midnight, didn't eat much, so we decided to have a heavier brunch. Chuck's Roadhouse is just a short walk from our hotel, we showed up at the front door right at 11am when they're open. We were seated right away and the service was good. We ordered porterhouse, fillet mignon with lobster tails and kids meals. Both steaks were perfectly prepared and very flavorful. Their chicken wings are way above average. Their prices are very very reasonable.

Stopped in for dinner. Honestly one of the best value restaurants in the area. I had steak and lobster for only 25 (plus tax) was it the best steak ever? No, but it was good, and the price is what made it a great dinner. The lobster was decent as well. Our server was awesome, it got packed in there and she was running off her feet, but still managed to give great service. My co-worker ate there 3 days in a row! I would recommend just based on the value of the food here. Thanks so much for dinner!
